Northbridge Legal was founded in 2008 by three attorneys who believed the Triangle deserved a firm with big-market capability and hometown accountability. What began as a business and real estate boutique on Fayetteville Street has grown into an 18-attorney regional firm with offices in Raleigh and Durham — without losing the habit of answering the phone.

The Triangle has changed enormously since our founding. Research campuses expanded, neighborhoods densified, and family businesses passed to second and third generations.
Northbridge grew alongside those changes, and our four practice pillars — business, litigation, real estate, and estates — map to the region's real legal needs.
Our fictive community commitments include a pro bono partnership with Wake County Legal Aid, sponsorship of a Durham small-business clinic, and an annual scholarship at NC Central School of Law.
